The new office will be led by Mark Laustra, who has nearly a decade of experience in directing sales for the US Homeland Security market. “I am excited about further developing this key market for Astrophysics. We’ve been in business for more than ten years, and are attracting significant market attention as a supplier of advanced, government qualified X-ray systems,” said Laustra, who led government sales for Smiths Detection before moving to Astrophysics.
